Developer Buys Marathon Oil Land
An affiliate of Watt Investment Partners bought the vacant Marathon Oil campus at South Broadway and East Dry Creek Road in Littleton. The California developer paid $21.5 million for the 77 acre tract, or about $279,000 per acre. The City of Littleton previously approved redevelopment plans for the property, including about 250,000 square feet of retail and office space and 900 residential units constructed in a neo-traditional design clustered around a 3.5 acre central park. .
